These terms govern your use of gadgetrix.in and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who we are

Gadgetrix.in is owned and operated by Musafah Enterprises, trading as "Gadgetrix". References to "we", "us", or "the seller" mean Musafah Enterprises.

2. Products and listings

We sell a curated, rotating selection of gadgets and accessories. Product listings, prices, images, and availability may change or be discontinued at any time without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately but do not guarantee that listings are always complete or error-free.

3. Pricing

All prices shown on gadgetrix.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

4. Orders and payment

We accept prepaid orders only — payment must be completed at checkout via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets). We do not offer cash on delivery. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping timelines and coverage are described on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to courier or logistical factors outside our control.

6. Returns, replacements, and refunds

Our replacement and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Replacement Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate name, address, and contact details at checkout, and to use the site only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for being reachable at the phone number/email provided for delivery and order updates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

9. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. You may raise grievances using the contact details below.

10. Intellectual property

All content on gadgetrix.in — including text, logos, and images — belongs to Musafah Enterprises or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
