Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Gadgetrix (a brand of Musafah Enterprises) ships orders across India.

Shipping coverage

We offer free shipping across India on all orders placed on gadgetrix.in — no minimum order value required.

Dispatch time

Orders placed and paid for before 2:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time

Typical delivery takes 2–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually on the faster end of this range; remote or rural pin codes may take a little longer.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will share tracking details via WhatsApp and/or email, along with the courier partner's tracking link, so you can follow your package to your doorstep.

International shipping

We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping.

Payment method

We accept prepaid orders only via Razorpay. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us right away at support@gadgetrix.in — see our Refund & Replacement Policy for damage/defect claims.
